For larger organisations our experience allows us to carry out an audit of the skills and the requirements for the undertaking of new projects. We can examine the current skill levels and compare that to the required development processes.

From the audit or client requirements we identify any shortfalls in the skills portfolio in the company and design a training plan to build those skills to the required levels.

Delivery

The training can be run in house at client premises or at our own training centre. Our personnel not only have many years of experience in Programming Languages, Object Orientation, design and implementation of Software Systems but also many years of experience in teaching and training. Our communication expertise coupled with our understanding of the technology gives us the ability to give you what you require.
